Get to the North Station
Go to the other end of the room and climb the stairs. Destroy/bypass all the enemies and jump over the rift. After you meet Psycho again, enter a room with four dead soldiers. You will find a 1/2 Black Box near one of the corpses.
Once you clear the area, jump to the ground and stay on the right side of the room. There is a small room behind you with an ammo box and a corpse with a black box (2/2). Keeping to the right, go to the far end of the room. Along the way, you'll notice two flooded pools. Enter under the platform on the left, into the second of the pools (relative to the entrance) and find a small passage on the right. Inside you will find a drawer with a 3/3 Datapad.
Deactivate the source of interference
Go to the other end of the station and climb the stairs. Get to the designated location and climb down the cable. You will find a MK 60 near the soldier's corpse. Leave now and go to the left to find the source of the interference. Stalkers will attack you on the way. It's a good idea to jump over the roofs of railway wagons to gain an advantageous position against the creatures. In addition, to attack you, they will have to jump into the car, which will give you time to react. Disable the jamming system, collect ammo from the crates and go to another target.
Once there, you will meet a Psycho. There is also another CELL. There is an L-Tag grenade launcher inside. Now you will need to shield Psycho from the waves of stalkers with a turret. After you beat off most of the attackers, get off the machine gun and follow the Psycho.
After reaching the blocked door, follow the Psycho again and ignore the passing stalkers. You will reach the carriage that needs to be pushed. As you drive the car, keep shooting at the creatures below. After you overcome the last of the barriers, the mission will be completed.
Get into System-X
Go up the slope to the right and go straight. When you reach the checkpoint, jump to the other side. Here, on the building, you will find the 1/1 poster.
Jump down and walk straight ahead. In the first basin on the left, near the corpse, you will find a 1/3 Black Box.
Walking straight ahead, you will encounter an enemy patrol. After bypassing them, you will come to a fork in the road (about 180 meters from the destination). Turn into the tunnel on the right, where you'll find another Blackbox 2/3. There's also an ammo crate.
As soon as you enter the open area near the CELL headquarters, turn left, remaining on the hill. Go to the left side of the building and jump off the platform. Along the way, you will pass by a turret that can be reprogrammed.
There is an empty container in front and the entrance to the sewer, as shown in the screenshot. There is a corpse with a black box (3/3) right at the entrance.
At the end of the sewer, defuse the mine that blocked further passage. After you get access to the base, go up the stairs.
