Kingdom of the Dead: Feature Overview

Kingdom of the Dead Slot - Free Spins

Kingdom of the Dead comes with two bonuses you can select from:

  • Fixed Mystery-Symbol: meaning a special expanding symbol will be selected randomly for the entire Free-Spins.
  • Random Mystery-Symbol: selecting a random special symbol for each spin.

The selected symbol expands vertically to cover all 3 Positions on the reel, after the payout of the regular symbols. For the low-tier symbols you will need to hit at least 3 symbols, for the mid- and high-tier at least 2 symbols on reels for them to expand. The symbols will even expand on non-adjacent reels. The expanded symbols will pay according to its payout on the paytable. For example, a full screen of the explorer pays 5,000x your current bet.

Every retrigger will award 10 additional Free-Spins, the number of possible retriggers isn’t limited.

Bonus Buy feature:

There is also the option of buying the bonus, at the cost of 120 times your current total bet, rewarding you with 10 Free-Spins. Same as triggering the bonus yourself you get the option to choose from the 2 different bonuses.

Kingdom of the Dead - Bonus Buy

Kingdom of the Dead: Conclusion

An Egypt theme is probably the mostly chosen variant for a slot with Books and expanding special symbols. But it also seems like what slotters want, so why not.

There is not much to say, Kingdom of the Dead is just like any other slot with expanding symbols we have played before, the only difference being the 2 different bonuses to choose from. But is it a bad thing? Definitively not, the players get what they are expecting, a slot with 10 lines and expanding symbols in the Free-Spins.

So, if you like this kind of slots you will not be disappointed. The possible maxwin of 10,000x, being twice as much than most of the competition or the two Bonuses to choose from, could be a reason why players might go for Kingdom of the Dead instead of playing one of the plenty other options.
