What it means
This single policy materially alters player value. A hard win cap can nullify legitimate outcomes and cuts against fair-play expectations—especially when it also hits sessions where you didn’t opt into a bonus. The lack of clear guidance on tiers or how to avoid the cap increases uncertainty.
Context
Before this change, Winningz looked competitive: non-sticky welcome packages, daily boosters, VIP cashback and broadly solid site UX. Bonus play already carried maximum cash-out formulas tied to the bonus percentage, but those limits were transparent and avoidable by not using bonuses.
